If the television exposure was not enough, the performance will also be shown in Times Square.
Irish dance group Cairde will perform on the popular American show Good Morning America this week to mark St. Patrick’s Day.
It comes after the group caused a stir on TikTok by posting Irish dancing videos to popular music.
Made up of highly experienced dancers from all over Ireland, Cairde has amassed almost 2 million followers on TikTok, while their videos have received nearly 25 million likes.
Now the group have announced that they will perform a live dance routine from the Cliffs of Moher in Clare on Wednesday, which will air on Good Morning America.
It will also be shown live on screens in the iconic Times Square in New York City.
The Irish Embassy in the United States welcomed the news and wrote on Twitter: “Cairde at the Cliffs … It will be a very good morning #StPatricksDay across America.”
