The group chanted Ganpati Bappa Morya in unison before kicking off their performance. They danced on Malhari by Bajirao Mastani. Their mind-blowing flips during their dance routine left the judges in awe. The judges who were moved as they listened to their struggles were speechless, seeing their extraordinary performance.

The Mumbai V Unbeatable dance group consists of 28 dancers aged 12-27. Many of the group live in slums. When asked to explain their life in Mumbai, they said, “Many of our group live in slums, which are very overcrowded, dirty and they don’t have proper electricity. Often seven to ten people stay in a room. It is very difficult to survive there. Every day we pray for a better life, but in the slums there are very few opportunities for us.

They also said that they let go of their tensions when they dance and that it also helps them to feel released. They were pretty nervous about performing at America’s Got Talent. “For the past two weeks, we haven’t been able to sleep. This opportunity can change our lives and everyone wants to be successful in giving back to their families.”

Prior to appearing on America’s Got Talent, V Unbeatable was part of Star Plus’s Dance Plus 4 reality show. The hip-hop dance group was mentored by Dharmesh Yelande and was among the top four finalists.
